How long does it take for delivery?
Typically, our delivery time is within 15 days. This timeframe may vary based on the order quantity and the design of the shelving.
Are samples available?
Yes. Samples are readily available upon request. There is a nominal charge for samples, which will be refunded with your next order
What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the remaining balance to be settled via T/T before delivery.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer flexible shipping and delivery options to accommodate our customers’ needs. Our logistics team works closely with trusted carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. How are the shelves packaged?
Typically, shelves are flat packed using air bubble film or film and then placed in standard export cartons. We also offer wooden boxes as an alternative packaging option to accommodate clients’ needs.
